Based on the conducted UX research, I identified the main problems in the process of employment and hiring, and solved them in the interface.
After 3 months of hard work, all the main scenarios were ready on time, and then I calmly made monotonous design iterations, presentations, pictures for social media. networks, etc. 🥴

For a better understanding of the needs and main problems of users, I used the method of forming personas.
There are 2 types of users: recruiters and candidates. Recruiters can upload and work with resume files, study analytics and interact with the team. Candidates can take tests and record video interviews.

Working on these features was a big challenge for me. I was conducting my first interviews in my life, it was a very nerve-wracking and at the same time amazing experience. It allowed me to look at product development and how users use the product interface in a completely different light.
Our goal was achieved. Requests to the support department decreased, we received a lot of positive feedback from customers.
